WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to most countries. If you are placing an order and do not see your country listed during checkout, please contact us to see if we can ship to you. Given that laws around CBD and hemp are frequently changing, where we ship is subject to changes based on local, national, and international regulations. In the meantime, let's imagine a world where the healing power of plant medicines are available to everyone!

 

Orders are fulfilled within 10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in the US). We kindly ask that you do not contact us regarding your order status if it has been less than 10 business days. 

This does not include time spent in transit with the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc). Expedited order fulfillment options are not available. You will receive tracking information once we print your shipping label. This does not mean that your order has shipped - tracking will be updated after the carrier has picked up your order.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS First Class mail, no minimum required.

Expedited shipping does not expedite your order processing time.

We are not responsible for packages that have wrong, incomplete or insufficient addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during check out.

 

By purchasing a product(s) from High Priestess the User is agreeing to the following: 

• User agrees that User has provided a correct mailing address, including apartment/unit number.
• Refunds will not be issued by High Priestess for items lost or damaged by the mail carrier. 
• User agrees not to hold High Priestess responsible for any package that is lost or damaged or any package that is stolen from the User’s address. 
• User is responsible for filing a claim for a refund through UPS/USPS or the mail carrier if the package has been damaged, stolen, or lost.
• Returns are not accepted to protect the integrity and safety of our products.

• We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.

All products are sold and shipped from the United States.

 

 

International Orders

All international orders may be subject to import fees/duties and local taxes that are the responsibility of the customer to remit. High Priestess has no control over international carriers, customs policies. and package arrival time frames. 

No refunds are given if a package is refused for delivery at customs, or failed delivery attempts by courier.

International orders are abandoned if delivery is unsuccessful. International orders are not eligible for "Return To Sender" and attempts to do so are treated as abandoned and parcel shall be discarded by customs or the courier.
